I’d love to see a gritty graphic novel about wizard investigations or maybe a regular detective who gets assigned to the wizard detective department (sort of like a Men In Black situation). Though I think the human to wizard detective thing would be more comedic, like a Terry Pratchett vibe. Anyway, good story, really enjoyed the description.
That would be amazing - especially with a normal detective assigned to a wizard. I love low fantasy type settings where a non-magical person is brought into a magical world. It's not a magical pairing, but Martin Freeman's Watson is absolutely the vibes I would love to see. But then I love Freeman in everything I've seen him in.
Yeah like what would be the set up? Like a human serial killer is murdering wizards so they have to bring in a human wizard to find him? I don’t know but I am really into this idea 😂
Actually, I kind dig the idea of it being a wizard murderer, but they are working with traditional/non-magical means, something wizards aren't as familiar with and due to the boundaries of magic they can't use their magic to make sense of the clues so they need someone versed in normal investigation processes. I like the idea of a regular guy going up against a magical villain in the climax - some good old David and Goliath vibes. Except maybe David and Nephillim or something 😆

Oh yeah, I can see that. I’m just imagining like the fifth element, the only power you need is love or something 😂
Oh geez, not love. Anything but love 😂
